Formia is in a strategic position to visit Rome and Naples, as well as some islands of great value. The presence of a railway station in the center of Formia (away from the house 2,3 Km, but easy reachable even walking 25 minutes), allows you to reach Rome quickly (in about an hour and a half) with daily frequent trains. Naples can be reached by train in less than an hour. From the port of Formia you can reach the islands of Ponza and Ventotene
