自我介绍

Holidays are full of memories and I started coming to Merimbula when I was eighteen with my boyfriend, who is now my husband. We have shared many wonderful holidays with family and friends in the Long Point House. I love swimming down at Bar Beach and catching the current when it’s safe to do so. It's exciting and exhilarating to watch the stingrays glide around at Bar Beach and into Merimbula lake. Watching whales and dolphins is a wonderful experience which is easy to do as the house is so close to the ocean. It is fantastic being so close to all the wonderful national parks, some of my favorite places are , Ben Boyd National Park and Haycock Point . Mimosa National Park, especially Nelsons inlet and Bithreys. We eat the Pambula oysters which are delicious, we take the drive to Broadwater on Pambula Lake and get them freshly opened. When I'm back in Merimbula I walk to Short Point Beach with our dog Bruce, and then take the track back along the rocks to Middle Beach and then home for breakfast on the back deck. We often enjoy a drink or dinner on the front deck and a stroll into town to get a coffee or the paper. We lived in England for 3 years were I completed my midwifery and absolutely loved traveling to many and various countries. I live in Melbourne and I am a school nurse and a midwife and mother of 4 and a grandmother to our little granddaughter. Our house has been available through Airbnb for many years now and really enjoy communicating with guests and sharing our happy place with others. I have a great team ( caretaker and cleaner) that support me as I also manage the 'Classic Australian Beach House', designed in the 90's by my husband and architect, Clinton Murray.
