Typing this as we leave this beautiful place and feeling sad, as we wish we could stay longer. Joan’s place is amazing. The views are perfect and everything we needed we had. Joan went above and beyond to make sure we got to his place safely and he communicated promptly when we asked anything. We didn’t hire a car, and walked into town some days a few times for coffee or food which was only about 5-10 min. Used taxis to visit nearby places. We (2 adults 2kids 10 and 12) absolutely loved this place and we hope to come back one day. Joan thank you so much for having us and your hospitality and welcome. We sure will be recommending your place to our friends and family. Had the most amazing holiday. And yes the roads are very narrow, many shut, one way or only open to residents, so we were very happy without a car and use taxi, train, tram instead. The tram is €9 each to the port of Soller which makes it a bit costly to use but a must do if you are in town. Or taxi €10. One way both.

Host is really nice and friendly. The guest house is very pretty and clean. Outside space is nice and well kept. The road getting to the house is very narrow. We rented a small car and it was still difficult to get in and out.

Beautiful location with an amazing view or town and port. Home was pristine clean. You can’t have the view without a climb. The car ride was a little bit scary with tight small roads. We got lost leaving the next day. Turning around with 29 point turns! We ended up parking in town and walking mostly. The location was very walkable-5 minutes from the house to town and train. Soller is a beautiful mountain town and the port offered a beautiful beach. Would highly recommend. It is a rustic house so the hot water lasts one shower and towels were a little crunchy. The outdoor patio of the home is just stunning with views and areas to relax away. I only wish we could have spent longer than 4 days.

Joan’s place is incredible! The pictures don’t do it justice- a Mallorcan oasis. It’s also super walkable to town. If you have a car, make sure to have a small one as the roads are very narrow in Soller.

The mountain views are spectacular. The yard is incredibly spacious & wonderfully laid out into a sitting area, dining area & of course pool area. The kitchen is updated & well supplied. The local restaurants were excellent so we ate out more than we planned to. As others have said, the location above town is perfect. The hosts were lovely & very helpful.
