Built over the course of 25 years, this family villa is one of its kind: the perfect place to enjoy the Greek nature and sun. It comes with a beautiful 8,000 sq. meters (86,000 sq. feet!) garden and a view that soothes the soul. It is ideal for spending quality time with your loved ones, in this remote little paradise under the vastness of the Greek blue sky. o Amazing view, every single window of the villa overlooks the sea. o Beautiful massive garden, where kids and pets can play and explore all they want. o Outdoor living room with a rattan sofa and a hanging swing chair! Relax while enjoying the view! o Environmentally friendly house, running on solar power. o There are 4 different beaches located less than 400m away, and they are never crowded. (3 with pebbles, one with sand) o The closest house is about half a kilometer away, making this an amazing destination to enjoy nature and relax, leaving the sounds of the city behind. o You can hear the waves crashing into the beach from the house! This makes for an unforgettable experience in the night, looking at the stars and drinking a glass of wine.

Was sollen wir sagen? Eine tolle Villa um einfach mal rauszukommen und sich abseits von allem zu entspannen. Wir haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Alles war wie beschrieben und die Aussicht ist einfach traumhaft. Die Kommunikation hat gut funktioniert und bei Problemen war die Familie jederzeit hilfsbereit und bemüht eine gemeinsame Lösung zu finden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Amazing place, very helpful and attentive owner. Great location, far enough from the tourist noise,yet everuthing needed is within a short car ride reach. This is the perfect place for everyone seeking peace and quiet.
The house and it's surroundings are great. It even looks better than on the pictures. It is very quite and has a fabulous view. The garden offers a great place to play around for kids. Our children loved it. The house is fully equipped with all the things a family would need. The road is a bit tricky especially after rain, but nothing that a normal car can not pass. Sakis is a great host. He was always available on chat, and was always ready to help.

The best thing about the neighbourhood is that there isn't one, the closest neighbour is half a kilometre away! The house is quite secluded, providing an ideal getaway from the sounds of the city, in a location that allows you to really enjoy the Greek nature with many hiking options!
You will need to rent a car as the closest village is "Loutra", and that's about 1 km away. There's a bus service from there that can take around, but having a car will definitely make things easier. In "Loutra" you'll find supermarkets and restaurants to cover your needs. I will be providing you with a guide with suggestions on what to do in the area you, where to eat, etc. after the booking.

Hello, my name is Sakis and I am a software engineer, currently living and working in London after spending 5 years in Edinburgh, Scotland. I am currently also managing this beautiful family villa that's been in the family for 20 years now. I enjoy travelling, mostly with my friends around Europe, and really enjoy the diversity of ideas, people and sceneries that I find in my travels. Every place is different, every person is different; travelling sure is a lovely thing.
