Alessandro’s place is amazing. The photos of the outdoor space don’t compare to the real life view & space. The view is stunning & the outdoor space is perfect with sunshine, shade, the pool and comfortable furniture. The donkeys too are adorable! All the bedrooms are lovely as are the bathrooms So much living space too, we stayed as 4 adults and 1 baby and we gad lots of room for all of our things inside and outside The kitchen would benefit from a few small updates But overall the Villa is outstanding we would love to stay here again It is perfect for families with young children too as well as adults only. Alessandro is also an amazing host who is available, provides recommendations and help when needed. Alessandro is in contact just the right amount We loved staying here and cannot wait to return in the future for another amazing family holiday Thank you Alessandro!

Had a wonderful stay at the villa. We particularly enjoyed eating breakfast and dinner looking out onto the lake as the views were stunning. The grounds and inside the villa is very spacious (the photos do not do the inside space justice). The surrounding area is peaceful so perfect for those who like to relax and chill. It is perfectly located to visit Assisi, Spoleto, Arezzo, Cortona all within an hours drive. There are also plenty of decent restaurants in town to chose from. Alessandro is a great host, very proactive and helpful. We also liked that they added a lot of personal touches to the villa such as they had family photos in one of the lounge areas. It was also fun feeding the donkeys in the olive grove. We went as a couple, but it would be perfect for a family with children as well. All in all we were very reluctant to leave

Wij beleefden 2 heerlijke weken in Villa Degli Ulivi! Alessandro en zijn vader deden er alles aan om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken en zijn perfecte gastheren. Hoewel het een ouder huis is, is alles zeer goed onderhouden en brandschoon. Grote troeven zijn de geweldige ligging met prachtig uitzicht , het zwembad en de rustige omgeving in de natuur. De villa biedt meer dan genoeg ruimte voor een groep van 8 personen, zowel binnen, buiten op de terassen, als aan het zwembad is het heerlijk vertoeven. Wij deden leuke uitstappen naar Assisi, Perugia, Rasiglia, Castiglione del Lago, Bagni San Filippo en il giardino di Daniel Spoerri. Allen zeer de moeite waard en goed te doen vanuit Passignano. Ook aan het Trasimenomeer zelf valt er genoeg te beleven. Wij kunnen een verblijf in Villa degli Ulivi alleen maar van harte aanbevelen en hopen zelf ooit terug te kunnen keren.

Une jolie villa sur les hauteurs de Passignano. Une vue splendide sur le lac trasimene Des proprietaires accueillants et présents Bonne situation geographique permettant la decouverte des sites d'Ombrie et deToscane.

The house was really nice. Very big, clean and everything that we needed was there. We had the best time here and would love to come back one day. The house was perfect and Alessandro and his father were perfect hosts. Very kind. They recommended some nice spots and activities. We had an amazing holiday.
