40 Hawaan View is a three-bedroom triplex apartment situated on the ground floor. 40 Hawaan View has private, direct beach access to the swimming beaches, the Umhlanga Rocks Promenade and the Hawaan Forest.

The accommodation was amazing. Only problem is parking in the complex. Especially when you have a lrg vehicle. Won't fit in garage. That was a real problem for me. Other than this issue the apartment is amazing

This place was value for money. It was cleaned daily. There was direct access to a private beach shared with other apartments. Shops are about 15 minute walking distance from the apartment. It also felt very secure.

Great location and value for money. Bathrooms and the kitchen are a bit outdated but other than that no complaints at all.

I really enjoyed my stay and I am likely to come back. Would advise for other guests to call directly...communicating via text or airbnb wasnt really efficient. But I really enjoyed my stay.

40 Hawaan View is within close proximity to the Umhlanga Village. There are numerous hotels in the immediate vicinity where children can enjoy ten pin bowling, game arcades etc. Enjoy a walk along the 5-kilometer Promenade on the beach or a stroll the boardwalk along the nature trail through the Hawaan Forest. There are several family and up market restaurants in the village Centre.
40 Hawaan View is a five-minute drive from Gateway, (the largest shopping centre in the Southern Hemisphere), twenty minutes’ drive from Durban, the International Conference Centre (I. C. C.) and U Shaka Marine World. King Shaka International Airport is a fifteen-minute drive from Umhlanga Rocks. There are several fine restaurants in the village or at Gateway Shopping Centre. A private first world hospital is a five minutes’ drive away by car. There are several world class golf courses in the immediate vicinity including the prestigious Mount Edgecombe and Zimbali courses.
