I would take my review with a grain of salt. The location of the place is great, very close to the beach and boardwalk. Our issue was that even late at night there were a lot of people out on the streets and we did not feel comfortable letting our teenagers walk by themselves during the day. I think if you have young kids that are always with you it’s fine, but with teenagers that want more independence you may want to look for a different area.

Pros- Great location, close to beach and boardwalk, very clean. Cons The outdoor space is shared with another unit. The parking advertised is not functional. You have to park one behind the other and share it with the other unit. If you were the vehicle that pulled in first, there was no way to get out without the tenant in the other building moving their vehicle. We had an issue with the pest control coming in our unit while we were there. We were asleep and he knocked and just walked right in our unit. I did not like this at all. He knew the door code and just bursted in. The owner stated pest control was not scheduled when I texted him about the issue so they must not be changing the door codes as they should. This made me feel unsafe not knowing who had the code to our door. He did change the code but at this point damage was done. The ppl in the other building took ALL of our beach chairs one day. They need a lock on these for each unit. Master bdrm tv didn’t work.

Sivan and Mike were incredible. Such a great place to stay and we had a wonderful time. Really saved our trip with the last minute booking.
