There are no words to describe the beauty of this place or the hospitality of the family taking care of the house. We stayed here for a month and had the most wonderful time. The house has everything you need, the terrace is a great place where to hide from the sun and the garden with the pool is just amazing. BTW, the pool is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. The family working for the host are the most welcoming & kind people. They threw an incredible welcoming party for all the guests - dozens of self-made pizzas, local wines, prosciutto.. Moreover, they even organized a wine tasting in a local vineyard in Villa il Pozzo. I could continue forever with this review, but the most important thing is that we felt welcomed, loved & still had our privacy & we made friends for a lifetime here. As per the location, it is in a lovely small town with a little shop, 1 bar and 2 restaurants. The town is located near Florence and many other small & incredibly beautiful towns & villages (that are definitely worth visiting!)

We had a fabulous time in Laura’s place in Tuscany. The views were breath taking and there is so much to do in the local area.. cycling, wine tasting, running (hilly!), local cities such as Florence, San Gimignano and Sienna within 40mins drive. I would advise a car as it’s quite remote. The house itself is simple, but it has everything you need and was very clean. I loved the pool with amazing views. The local village had a simple restaurant, pizzeria, bakery, bank and bar within walking distance. We would recommend to friends and love to stay again in future. Thank you for having us.

We had a wonderful stay here with our one-year-old. Such a beautiful spot, with stunning views of the surrounding hills, vineyards and olive groves in the valley below. The apartment is in a lovely quiet location on the edge of a charming little village with quality bakery and restaurant five minutes’ walk away. Also a children’s park and useful ATM by the little square. Marcialla makes for a great starting point for visiting all the surrounding vineyards and beautiful Tuscan towns. As for the hospitality, it was truly exceptional. Laura’s assistant, Sandra, provided us with a home-cooked meal of Tuscan treats one night (for a reasonable price), and then even babysat for one evening so we could attend an evening wedding party. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. There is even a fig tree right beside the outdoor dining table, from which free delicious fruit is within arm’s reach... Just make sure you bring mossie spray (at least during summer) because those silent assassins seem to love Tuscany as much as we do!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à la loggia. Marcialla est idéalement placé pour découvrir la Toscane ( visite de Florence -Pise et Sienne + villages alentours)- Le lieu est très calme et la vue est exceptionnelle. Nous sommes sommes restés 10 jours pas assez pour tout visiter. Nous reviendrons c est sûr. Merci encore pour toutes ces attentions pendant notre séjour ( la bouteille de vin à notre arrivée). Nous n avons pas vu Laura mais nous avons dialogué par sms- et son assistante Sandra était là pour répondre à nos questions. Le plus : la piscine pour nos enfants. Nous recommandons cet hébergement sans problème !

Miejsce jest urocze, rozlega się wspaniały widok na okolicę. Niedaleko miasteczko z pizzeria i restauracją a kilka kilometrów dalej znajduje się supermarket. Doskonały punkt wypadowy do Florencji , Sieny i innych okolicznych miasteczek. Nasz pobyt był niezwykle udany.
