It is my second time to stay at Charlene's place, and I love it even more now. They made some improvement in the place, which made it better. I will always choose to stay at Charlene's place anytime I need to stay at Tagaytay.

Overall we were happy with the cozy bungalow and the spacious compound where the kids and fam were able to play basketball, billiards, ride their bikes and most fun of all for the kids take a dip in the pool! We’re happy with Ms. Charlene as a host who communicated promptly and efficiently and to her staff Ruby and Anthony who acted professionally and respected our privacy throughout. We appreciate the personal touches - ie menu of food for delivery, instructions on pool use, information posted at the door. We also appreciated that Felicita’s values guest health, safety and hygiene via temperature checks, health declaration forms, and provisions of brand new kitchen sponge and toilet paper still in sealed packaging. We were also happy to see liquid hand soap, shampoo, bath wash and also dishwashing liquid which is not always available with other airbnbs. The whole place was mostly squeaky clean especially the common areas. However (and this is a minor note) there were lizard poop on top of the wall-mounted toilet paper holder w/c we had to sanitize. There was also a cockroach in the master bedroom. Overall tho we’re still happy with our stay and especially with the host Ms. Charlene who was very accommodating and professional.

It was really a good stay. The host was very responsive and the care taker was very accommodating. They provided overall instructions. The place is sooo clean. Very relaxing and quiet place so perfect for family and friends bonding time. Will surely go back here. Overall, it was a superb you, host and airbnb!
