abbiamo soggiornato per solo una notte e abbiamo trovato una bellissima accoglienza da parte dell'host e tanta gentilezza. La casa era talmente grande anche se sprecata solo per una coppia come noi, era fornita di tutto il necessario dagli asciugamani alle pentole in effetti non mancava nulla eccetto che era un po' calda come casa e secondo noi la mancanza del climatizzatore si sentiva. Nonostante abbia doppia esposizione ma non era sufficiente per poter rimanere più a lungo a parte questo il soggiorno é stato piacevole.

è stato tutto molto bello, la casa è molto luminosa e si riesce a vedere anche il mare! Rosy è stata da subito molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa .. Il mare lo raggiungi in poco tempo ed è stupendo! Per mangiare ci siamo affidati a trip advisor e abbiamo scoperto locali bellissimi e vicinissimi!

It was our first visit to the south and we had the most amazing and memorable time! Even though we didn't bother with a car, we were still able to get about easily thanks to the amazing bus services, which are very cheap! (about £1 each way, timetables at fseonline.it, and tickets bought beforehand at tobacconists). It really is such a great service! The bus stop is literally a 2 minute walk away. The beach (Mare), Taranto (a bustling, beautiful port city with upmarket shops and historic old town) and wonderful surrounding towns like Manduria (famous for Primitivo wine) are all within half an hour away. We very much enjoyed our stay in Fragagnano; and we love the people! As well as having great bus links all over Puglia it is a thriving and friendly little town by itself; while we were there we saw an outdoor play as well as a Pink Floyd tribute concert! We had dinner at two fantastic pizzerias (such great value!), then went round the corner to watch the show! Both memorable experiences, with a really relaxed family-friendly atmosphere. The accommodation is fantastic; our stay was made even more enjoyable thanks to Rosy's exceptional service, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. She was so friendly and kind and welcoming, even taking us shopping in her car when we first arrived! Always willing to help us in any way, very easy to contact her if we had any problems, and always a friendly and quick response. We are very, very grateful! Everyone we met was so open, friendly and welcoming, and always ready to help tourists out, even though it is not a well-known tourist area and we could barely string a sentence together in Italian! Rosy is a fantastic host and we enjoyed every minute of our time there. If you want to experience the "real" and authentic side of Italy as they say, then this is perfect. Visit Taranto and other towns with historic castles and churches (Greek, Roman, Byzantine, etc), spend the day at fantastic beaches with cafes and bars dotted along the coast, and have an authentic (and cheap) experience untouched by tourism. We would definitely come here again!
