This villa is absolutely beautiful so hats off to the designer / architect. We have created many memorable moments here as a family. The place offer lots of space and the bedrooms are all one of a kind! It was no surprise that it was far off but what did surprise us was how pricy it got to do the grocery shopping. On our 8 nights stay we had to shop 4 times and the cost was 20 usd per time. But the staff was very nice and always tried to help. We contemplated between staying in Tiwi or Diani beach but we were glad to have chosen this place as it had better beach and less nois/salesmen The beach was really nice and easy to access only 5 min walk away. To raise the bar even more, being a host myself we would very much have appreciated a cold welcome drink upon arrival or a bottle of wine waiting for us. Also WiFi was down multiple times so not ideal if u plan on taking business meetings. Pool was also rather dirty but hard to keep clean from bugs. Water pressure also very low.

Great pool in the center of a very nice set of Bandas. You feel right at home, and kids can splash in pool while you relax and can still monitor. Staff was very attentive and communicative. Chef was great. There is ofcourse a natural habitat of Monkeys at the coast, that easily can get into rooms particularly the upper rooms. However the indoors was always spotless clean.

No true words to describe the beauty of staying at the Waterside villa. To be immersed in nature, by the sea and enjoy the beauty of the grounds was exactly what we needed. Mike and Sabine are super warm and the staff Mildred, Daniel and Chef Ali really looked after us during our stay. I look forward to coming back! Asante sana mzuri!

We had a lovely beach holiday at Mike & Sabine's house. After having visited Diani and Watamu a few times, it was our first time in Tiwi...what a find! The villa has four very spacious bedrooms, and ample space to sit and lounge, with a large and clean pool (where our kids spent hours!). It is within walking distance to the peaceful beach away from the typical "beach boys" you come across in Diani/Watamu. We found it to be very pleasant. Mike and Sabine were always responsive, before and during our stay. They arranged a shopping for us prior to our arrival, which was super convenient as the shops are far away. We had issues with the internet, but Mike and Sabine tried to address it as much as they could. The staff at the house were always kind and helpful in preparing delicious meals, organizing seafood orders, arranging a guide to take us on excursions (e.g. gorgeous Africa and Australia rock pools), etc. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Where Heaven meets the beach. Wow, this place was stunning. There were so many special unique spots on the property to lounge then even more natural beauty around the property. The tide pools were so cool. We could have spent everyday exploring. If you love pristine clear beaches and abundant sea life and want to be in your own private getaway- hands down this is the place!
