This AirBnB is in a perfect location. It is very close to the Central Station, Trams, and tourist attractions which made getting around the city very easy. There are also many restaurants and pubs to choose from locally or a short walk to. The unit itself was beautiful and charming which made it feel like home, we were very sad to leave. It also had a great view of the street to admire other buildings! While the stairs may seem daunting, most original homes in Amsterdam have these. My family and I managed to easily carry up and down our large luggage. Plus, once you do make it up, the unit is beyond worth it. Annemieke is so kind and very attentive if you have a question or want recommendations. She also stayed in communication before, during, and upon check out. Her hospitality is worth a mention. I 100% recommend this unit for others to stay.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Anneckie.L’appartement est à 10 minutes de la gare à pieds. notre arrivée et notre retour (avec les bagages) a été très facile grâce a l’aide de Anneckie qui a été très facilitante et qui répond aux messages. L’appartement est clair et propre bien équipé. À recommander.

Annemieke’s home was a perfect for our family of fours stay in Amsterdam. We loved the neighborhood and the close proximity to the train station, markets, and museums. It was a great jumping off point for all the places we wanted to explore. The space was sunny + bright and comfortable. We loved coming back after a busy day to spread out and relax. Everyday we stopped at the grocery store down the street to grab breakfast items to cook in the morning.

We had a pleasant stay at Annemieke's place. The location is close to the central station and major attractions. We feel like home and our kids loved it in fact they loved it so much they did not want to leave Amsterdam. Thank you Annemieke for all your help. We will definitely come back!

The Jolly Horse and the location is all about the Dutch experience. From the top loft of a main street house, with steep stairs to vibrant community with access to everything you need. Annemieke and Harmen are amazing, they are lovely family people who really made me and my family (4 people with two teenage girls) feel at home, including cuddles with their beautiful black lab. Really important when we were away from our own for so long. The apartment had beds for all of us and was a excellent base for our 3 nights in Amsterdam. Centraal station is close by (we walked with a reasonable amount of luggage), so is Anne Frank House and canal cruises. Thanks Annemieke.
