Our family had a great time. Extremely clean. Check in was a breeze! Host messaged us the evening we checked in, asking if we needed anything and if we had got all settled in. It snowed during our stay and they messaged us with weather updates. Very helpful and responded extremely fast. Beautiful place for a great price. Definitely recommend!

Easily my favorite AirBnB I have ever stayed in. Easy to access, very private, ADORABLE, and beautiful views. The hosts were EXCELLENT. They responded within one minute (literally!!) if I needed anything and were so quick if I needed help. It is also only 10ish miles from Garden of the Gods and the Manitou Incline! I will definitely be back!

This was a cute and nicely decorate place, with a few downsides. It is right off the road so has some road noise. The heater was always on, the place seems poorly insulated, and it was very loud. It is nicely put together and cute, but sometimes not that user friendly; there was no Kleenex, not a good set up for doing dishes. It also has a very conservative check in/out policy; you can’t check in until 4 and must be out by 10. When I asked if we could check in an hour or two early I was told there would be a $30 fee. Overall, this was a cute place with responsive hosts, but these downsides resulted in me not feeling that well taken care of as a guest.
