Abbiamo soggiornato per qualche giorno a cavallo con le festività pasquali 2024. Paolo e la mamma sono stati molto affabili, socievoli e disponibili. La casa è curata e pulita. Non abbiamo avvertito profumazioni chimiche sgradevoli che spesso coprono lo sporco e fanno percepire, in modo ingannevole, ma non veritiero la pulizia. A casa non manca nulla. La posizione è ottimale e molto tranquilla. Il parcheggio gratuito è nelle vicinanze. Raccomandiamo sia l'host che la casa

We spent a wonderful month based out of this apartment. It was quiet, extremely comfortable and well equipped for cooking in. Paolo and his mother were gracious hosts. Mama even dropped by baked goods on a regular basis! Such a pleasure to stay here.

Paolo was a perfect host. Very helpful and attentive. We had a few unforeseen blips that were taken care of without delay. Apartment was perfect for my needs. One should seriously consider staying here if visiting Spello. I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with Paolo and his family.

We had an amazing stay at Paolo’s beautiful home. The place was extremely clean and organized. It felt cozy and homie. I would definitely return one day. Paolo and his son helped us carrying our bags which was such a kind gesture. We truly appreciate our experience and will have great memories from the lovely town of Spello ♥️

I loved Paolo’s place in Spello. The flat is bright and spacious with a lovely patio facing an inner courtyard. The location is perfect. It’s a short walk from the main street and all the sights in the village. Plus, it’s very quiet at night. Paolo and Mirella are very kind hosts and just lovely people. I highly recommend it and will certainly be back!
