4 bedroom home sleeps 10 centrally located on the island 5 mins to GP track, 10 mins to Penquins, 10 mins to Cowes or san remo, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, reverse cycle air conditioners, fully fenced yard, quiet street. Please note; Linen is not included but can be provided for an $80 fee or $20 per room. Beds are not made up for these charges. Our house is perfect for 2 family's with 2 queen bedrooms and the other rooms have bunk beds and singles

很中肯的说，这家民宿的位置不错，离看企鹅归巢的地方开车10分钟。我们2月2号入住，2月3号离开，2月4号晚上的时候房东发来消息，说抹布上有三块着火点（看起来更像铁锈一样的颜色），厨房操作台上有淡淡的黄色，很小的两块！房东认为是我们弄的，虽然我一再解释，我们到的时候抹布上就有这个印记了，至于操作台上很小的两块印记，我们整晚都没有注意到有！他一定认为是我们弄的，说他要更换整个操作台了！还要找爱彼迎的人！在中国的大年三十这天晚上，我别的没做，一直在协调这件事……虽然到现在也没个说法！但给后面的同仁们提个醒吧，去厨房前，任何事物都要拍个照……
冬天有点冷，床单需另付费（订的时候有说明）
Peter的家离我们去看🐧企鹅归巢不远，家里很干净，厨房设备也很齐全。和主人交流也能很快得到回应你。这是愉快的一晚，期待有机会可以再次入住
适合几个家庭一起入住的房子，很方便看小企鹅，就是冬天热水供应不是最好

We are located in a quiet street in Sunderland bay which is very central to all attractions on Philip island.
We have a bus stop 3 mins walk away that will take you to Cowes or San Remo, both are only 10 mins drive maximum
