自我介绍

I am running a small pension with a few new built bungalows in Cirali a still secluded and hidden natural place at the Turquoise Coast. Since my very young age of about 14 years I am working in tourism and I learned at different places and hotels like Robinson Club for example. In my early twenties I worked as a cook in the first restaurant in Cirali. When I got the opportunity to run my own business I had the chance to find a very beautiful place in Cirali which is quiet and has a lot of different fruit trees. I love cooking and I love hosting people from different cultures and parts of the world. This enriches me and the more different people come to me the better, So I can learn to know the world. I cook only for my guests and there is no menu. Every morning I am thinking of the people staying with us and try to find something that could fit their taste and that they don't know from turkish cuisine. I don't prepare the usual meals you can get everywhere. It is an authentic style with local recipes I have varied a bit and all prepared with fresh ingredients like wild thymian, basil, oregano and many others. Our place is simple and basic, there is no 5 star allure. But we want our guests to feel totally comfortable and free. We try to create an atmosphere that guests who come to us feel like friends. So from the very beginning more intuitively we called our place "Dostlar Evi" which means "House of friends". I speak beside Turkish, also German and a bit English. And two good friends of mine George and his wife Sofya who live in Antalya help us also in communicating with our guests considering their bookings in different languages like German, English, Russian, French, Hungarian. They will also love to help you with all the needed information whatever you want to know about our place or Cirali in general. Thank you!
