Amazing hosts. Our first air bnb experience and it was excellent. A sweet, charming and yet updated little cabin. It was so clean!! Loved all the history provided about the area. They have lovingly thought of literally anything you may need-- for a home away from home. We were continually amazed at the details. Our only complaint-- we couldn't stay longer. Thanks Tom & Dee. It was the restful getaway we needed. Oh.. and did i mention the cozy bed!!!!

I very much enjoyed staying at Dee and Tom's family cabin. It is comfortably furnished and peaceful. It has a very nice kitchen area and shower too. The surroundings and its Glenn Creek communty are vibrant in a homestead (heritage) sort of way. I spent a day at the amazing Golden and Silver Fall State Natural Area, another making the 1.25 hr trip down to Cape Arago State Park, and the third day just exploring the neighborhood. I would suggest taking a walk up the East Fork Road (old forest road) along the Millicoma River. The hospitality offered by Dee and Tom was much appreciated.

This place is so cool! It’s the kind of place worth staying as long as you can. Cozy, very clean, peaceful, and a delight to the senses. The river view and wildlife action are outstanding. The hosts are exceptional! They have put a lot of love into the place, and they make sure their guests are safe and comfortable. The waterfalls are spectacular , and way worth the quick trip up the road. Bring your supplies and get ready to unwind.

We felt at home the minute we arrived at the Little Cabin on the River. The kitchen had all the cookware and utensils we needed to prepare meals each day of our visit. Dee provided excellent instructions for finding the cabin including arriving for the first time during daylight hours. We enjoyed spending time on the deck overlooking the river watching for wildlife (quail, deer, jays, heron.) All of our needs were anticipated in advance - extra blankets, a box of tissue, pad of paper, restaurant suggestions, even nightlights! We really enjoyed the historic photos and newspaper cuttings of the local history, families, forest and waterfalls.
