Nous adorons Annecy et le logement de Paul nous a permis de venir avec 2 couples d’amis. Le logement est idéalement situé, spacieux et très agréable et fonctionnel. Son emplacement est au cœur des activités à faire à Annecy et permet de tout faire à pied. Nous reviendrons.

Emplacement idéal pour ce bel appartement au dessus du principal canal à l’entrée de la vielle ville. Parking à côté ( durée de stationnement de max 2h) et autre parking pour durées plus longues à peine plus loin. Cet appartement est habité et de nombreux équipements domestiques sont donc présents et à dispo dans l’appartement ce qui est très agréable. Décoration parfaite, style bohème chic avec jolies photos et toiles aux murs. Aucun problème de bruit malgré la voie en bas de l'immeuble. Belles cuisine et salle de bains. Buanderie très bien équipée avec lessive, suspension linge et fer à repasser disposition ce qui est très appréciable quand on voyage. En conclusion appartement idéal vivement recommandé.

Wowza great location. One of the best Airbnb we have stayed at. I read all the reviews beforehand and the only negative was the noise when the windows were open but this was easily fixed with earplugs 😉.

Hands down one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed in (and we travel a lot). We are a family of 4 and immediately felt right at home. The location is ideal and right on the canal/ lake in the middle of downtown Annecy. Beautiful views from the ample windows, and a balcony off one bedroom. If you want a quiet space away from the action, this may not be the space for you. But we found it ideal for access to all that we wanted to do (and the bike rental shop is right below the Airbnb). It’s loud but that’s to be expected with the location and if you shut the windows the street noise is quieted (although we kept the windows open for the breeze). The apartment itself is spacious and stylish. Beautiful beautiful space! Lots of windows and light. The kitchen is well-equipped. Check-in was easy and the host, Paul, is responsive. Overall Annecy the town and this Airbnb were highlights of our month-long trip through France and Italy. I highly recommended Paul’s place.
