After being shutdown for 2 years, we are back and still rated Colorado's #1 best-loved airbnb! Privacy tucked in the back garden of a grand home. Walking distance to breweries/restaurants. Near RiNo, with its craft breweries/restaurants. One mile to Denver's 16th Street Mall. 12-minute walk from 38th and Blake Airport Train stop ($10.50 fare). Easy access to light-rail (1/2 block) & public scooters/bikes. 2023-BFN-0014894 Privacy tucked in the back garden of a Second Empire home in Denver's oldest neighborhood. 1/2 block to light-rail and near to B-Cycle (public bikes). Walking distance to local craft breweries and restaurants on Welton and Larimer. Street parking. Sleeps two comfortably in a queen-size bed, but one more guest can sleep on the leather futon in the living room (linens provided)

Was a lovely staying at Mikes place ! He met us when we arrived, showed us our place, explained everything, suggested what to do in the city! He has amazing warm and friendly vibe!! The place was incredible, lots cute details, we loved it a lot Highly recommend this place! Absolutely staying here, next time I’m in Denver
The Carriage House was a unique and interesting place, exactly as described and a perfect size for the two of us. It has many amenities and small touches which made our stay very warm and comfortable. Mick was a great host, going above and beyond the usual hosting requirements. I would recommend it as a great venue for couples to stay.
Such great hosts!!!! We love staying at this air b&b🩷 they are so attentive !!! The place is so unique and has all the amenities you need! Neighborhood is awesome and you’ll love this carriage house apartment 😀 near the museum & zoo - and the best thing once again is the hosts - they do everything possible to make sure your stay is top notch !
Couldn’t have had a nicer stay to start our trip. The location was perfect to go downtown Denver quickly and easily as well as get out to highways and to red rocks for a show. The place itself was so interesting and beautiful. We spent a lot of time admiring the space and the thought that must have went into each individual piece of the decorations. The place would have been great anyway but the aesthetic of the interior made it so unique and interesting. Everything we needed was provided and you can’t ask for a better host than Mick. I tend to ask a lot of questions and he always responded very quickly and helped with every single one. We honestly hated to leave. I would highly recommend this place if you have a stay in Denver. There’s a reason it’s one of the best air BNB in Denver.
The time spent inside this home on every detail is impeccable! I have never stayed at an airbnb that showed this kind of creative energy and authentic genuine caring for the guest happiness. Very well done Superb And the gardens that welcome you are worth the trip as well! Highly recommend this special oasis 🥂

Denver's oldest neighborhood is picture-perfect. It's nestled between Welton Street and hip RiNo, with its craft breweries and restaurants. It's about one mile to Denver's 16th Street Mall and one block from Curtis Park with its public outdoor pool.
12-minute walk from 38th and Blake Airport Train stop ($10.50 fare). Easy access to light-rail (1/2 block) and Lyft bike/scooter rents. Walkable to RINO and Welton Street corridor. We are a mile from the 16th Street Mall in downtown Denver which is walkable but may be too far for some.

Mick: My partner (Patrick) and I live in this Victorian home on the same property as the carriage house. I enjoy restoring old houses and gardening. Louie and Coco, our dogs will no doubt bark as you walk by from. I also coach Crossfit classes at the gym on-site every Mon-Wed-Fri. Patrick: I enjoy exploring new cities, eating at great restaurants, drinking good beers & spirits and sharing my love of Denver with others.
