Wow! What an incredible stay and this amazing property. I booked this home for my wife and 2 children (9 &7) to enjoy the solar eclipse and what an unbelievable gem we found. The home is cozy, spacious, private and very well appointed. Susan is awesome and her attention to detail really stands out and makes this a special place. I can't say enough positive things about our experience and we will definitely be back!!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay! It was within quick driving distance of downtown Waterbury and the mountain resorts. The home was super clean and had beautiful views. It was stocked with everything we needed - kitchen gadgets, bath linens, laundry items and more. It felt like coming back to a home away from home after being out on the mountain all day - quiet and cozy! Susan was an amazing host, she met us when we arrived and took us on a brief tour through the home to show us the ins and outs and made sure we had everything we needed. She also gave us some great food recommendations in the area and made sure we knew how to contact her if we needed anything.
Susan was a wonderful host and her property is beautiful. Terrific views and close to skiing and other attractions.
Susan’s place was wonderful and I can’t wait to come back. The views are lovely, the beds were super comfortable, and Susan was a pleasure to communicate with! I’ve stayed in many places in the area and definitely want to stay here over the others. A perfect 10/10 for my group of 6!

Our home is situated on a hilltop with beautiful mountain views and many amenities that someone visiting would enjoy, such as a hot tub overlooking the mountains across the valley (hot tub unavailable from Thanksgiving to Memorial Day). We have an ideal setting for relaxing outside in the summer, snowshoeing or cross country skiing from the back door in the winter, or how about sledding down the hill! Waterbury truly is the Crossroads of Vermont because Exit 10 is so accessible to so many areas for hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, eating out at GREAT restaurants, touring FABULOUS micro brews, you name it!! And let's not forget how close Burlington and Montreal are. Inside we have an extensive exercise room that our guests are welcome to use. There is a finished walk out basement (to the hot tub, firepit, grill and field stone patio) with a large flat screen TV, perfect for movies or sports. The second floor has a spacious primary suite and two additional bedrooms that share a full bath. There is high speed Internet/wifi and cell coverage at the house as well. The ground/main floor has laundry and a propane heater for winter comfort. We live in a detached apartment on the property and we keep to ourselves unless our guests have questions for us or just want to visit with us. The house is always professionally cleaned prior to a rental.
