Excellent Air BnB in a great location in a wonderful town. Next to the train station, up one flight of stairs. Bedrooms are spacious with a little balcony out the back. Has all the amenities with a washing machine downstairs. However, the best thing about this apartment is Barbara the host. Using translate to message she was very helpful and responsive to any enquiries. She did little things like collecting our washing and delivering it to the flat. Would stay here again. Oh and Prato is the loveliest town. Easy to use as a base either to wander the old town or to visit Florence.

We had a fabulous stay. Barbara was so helpful. The flat was in a perfect location. Even the bed was comfortable. We loved our stay so much we plan to come back. Thank you for a great experience

Very convenient to the Train Station which is a must in Italy. Nice clean place with comfy beds. Barbara is great with communication and responds to any questions immediately. All the necessities for Groceries and Dining are within walking distance. Added bonus is downstairs below the Unit, one side there is Cafe for Breakfast and on the other side a Gelato Shop for dessert.
