This was my second stay at Jean’s place! Her place came to mind when I decided to visit LA again. She was always there to provide information and answer questions. She took care of any issues I had immediately and I feel like my own home when staying here. I enjoyed a lot of swimming, walks along the beach, and especially the jacuzzi. Thank you Jean for everything!

Amazing Host, great location, super comfortable accommodations and clean - truly feels like home, parking is very convenient, great amenities, lots of thoughtful items left in unit to assist the longterm stay guests. Can’t say enough about Jean, she is such a sweet person and was checking in to ensure I was doing well. Jean is the type of host that other hosts should emulate! What a great experience! I stayed for just over a month at Jean's apartment in Playa Del Rey and I would certainly recommend it to anyone. As other's have outlined, the apartment is spacious, clean, secure, and well equipped. One of the main draws for me was the list of onsite facilities, particularly the tennis courts which were perfect and floodlit, but sadly always empty. After a few of days of serve practice on my own though, I did get offers to hit with a couple of the residents. Not mentioned (I don't think) in the facilities are the pickle ball courts, which were certainly busier than the tennis courts, mainly at weekends. Be aware that you will be literally next door to the airport, and all that that entails. The large TV is fully featured and you won't lack for entertainment there. The shower is good (mind your head if you're tall!). The cooker is gas and excellent. The microwave is large. I did have challenges during my stay but Jean was always responsive and helped as much as she could.

I never really write reviews but felt like I needed to this time. Jean is such a wonderful host with clear instructions, considerate tips and of course she can answer all of your questions. Jean’s apartment is spacious, tidy and I can find everything I need during my stay. Location wise, the beach, grocery store, pizzeria, post office etc are all within walking distance. Oh, and the jacuzzi！
