The place was very clean and cozy. It had everything needed and was comfortable for our group. The hosts were friendly, helpful and flexible. The view is amazing and it wasn't hard to get to places via taxi.

This place exceeded our expectiations! We were a group of 14 people from 21 to 25 years old celebrating finishing our degree from university and ended up choosing to rent Gerganas house and it was amazing. The house is clean and spacious and the garden is full of delicious herbs and figs. It’s close to beaches and it is easy to get around to Chernomorets and Sozopol with taxis. Gerganas parents that lived in the neighbouring house was maybe the nicest part of our stay. They were beyond lovely, helping us go grocery shopping, picking us up at the bus stop, recommending local restaurants and spots as well as helping us book taxis. They are truly amazing people and staying with them was a pleasure❤️

A small text can't express how satisfied me and my group were of the stay, but it'll try. First of all, the hosts were lovely. Always there to help and accommodate us, made sure we had all that we needed. The Villa was full to the brim with necessities. Everything thay we needed or may have needed was already there. Location was perfect (around 5 minutes of walking to the nearest beach), quiet, filled with nice people and all around a good city-escape. In the end, all i can say is i'll definetely come back and i highly recommend other people to give it a shot.

Cozy and spacious vacation villa with spectacular view from the 3rd floor kitchen :) It is situated in a quiet neighborhood but at the same within walking distance from the beach and a couple of nice beach bars. Our big familia - 13 adults and 5 kids fit just right and we had a fantastic time there. The hosts (Gergana's parents) who actually live next door were very easy going, helpful and accommodative.

Gergana, Thank you for a wonderful time at your house! The house is clean, beautiful, comfortable and spacious. For our 13-person group it was very important that everyone had a place for themselves and comfortable sleep. In front of the house you have a lovely garden where we ate our meals. In the evenings we relaxed in the garden listening to the wonderful crickets playing, watching the stars and listening to the sea waves. The sandy beach is near the house, it is clean and safe for children. There are a lot of bars and restaurants on this beach where you can have a tasty meal. The hosts were very nice and helpful, they are wonderful people! We recommend everyone a holiday in this house! We will definitely come back to you in a while! Greetings, Anna and the friends!
