The pictures really don't do this place justice. It's such a beautiful building with large rooms and tall windows that look out over the beautiful countryside around. A classic French chateau with open spaces to play and a wood to walk around. There are a few other houses on the 'domaine' but it was extremely peaceful and private. One of the neighbours did a horse and cart ride around the wood which all the kids enjoyed. And having a horse and wandering goat-sheep nearby kept the toddlers happy! The pool is well fenced off and has a child proof gate. It's not super swanky but has more than enough charm to make up for it. The owners are doing it up in parts and the newest bits are really stylish. The older bits are in good condition but more obviously lived in.

Difficult in a few words ... beautiful, enormous, spacious, friendly welcome with home grown produce. The swimming pool was fantastic, kids in it every day. The offered ride on the horse-drawn carriage was amazing. Etienne, caretaker, so friendly and helpful. We felt right at home from the start, yet being aware that this was a family's precious home and history. The amount of equipment more than we could ever need. Just a wonderful, wonderful holiday. We would love to return one day. This was for our Golden Wedding. We will have to have more celebrations!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Emmanuel et sa femme, et ils ont été arrangeants pour une personne qui devait nous rejoindre en cours de séjour. Le château est très grand, tout le monde a pu dormir sans se déranger (deux enfants en bas âge étaient parmi nous) et avoir sa propre salle d'eau ou de bain. La cuisine est bien équipée que ce soit en vaisselle ou produits de base. Nous avons même eu le droit à des produits du potager. Les salles pour se retrouver sont confortables et spacieuses, la piscine et le barbecue sont bien orientés pour profiter du soleil. Nous avons même eu le droit à un tour de calèche ! Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Très bon séjour. Le château est mieux que sur les photos. Bonne literie. Très calme. Parc immense. Idéal pour les grandes familles. La vie de château !

Nous recommandons totalement cet endroit magnifique. Emmanuel et son epouse nous ont superbement accueillis. Le chateau est très beau et décoré a la perfection. Vraiment nous avons passés de super vacances
