Maison très accueillante, plus belle et spacieuse encore que sur le descriptif. Quartier calme et paisible, maison voisine du frère de la propriétaire qui est super accessible et sympathique. Il n’a pas hésité à nous renseigner et nous aider si nécessaire. Arbres fruitiers à disposition. Deux épiceries à proximité, possibilité de prendre le taxi facilement via application pour atteindre Yerevan à 25 min. Hôte accueillante, accessible, disponible dès la réservation et jusqu’après le départ. Piscine mise à disposition, lit parapluie fourni sur demande. Nous avons passé une superbe séjour en famille, merci encore pour tout!

My boyfriend and I met his family out of Iran in Astrig's house. We were 7 people. The house was more than big enough for all of us and we enjoyed to sit outside on the terace, eating some plums out of the garden... Downstairs there were the possibility to play pingpong or billiard. The pool was build up after our request. We could check in at nighttime. That was very friendly, also to be picked up from the airport. Astrig's brother lives beneath the house and he was always there for us. In all requests he tried to help us. He was our "personall taxi driver". That was on the one hand fantastic! He was always available and very friendly! But on the other hand also expensive. That's actually the only detriment: The house is 30min to 45min away from Yerevan (by car). It depends where you wanna go and at what time. And there is no bus driving, you need a taxi. But it was most time not possible to get a taxi by app in Proshyan, that's why we were glad to have Astrig's brother. But we paid him more than double price because he drived doubled (one time with us in the car, one time back allone). So be aware that you won't stay in the center of Yerevan. 😉 But house, service, communication... everything else was great!!! We enjoyed the time quite much and I am happy that we booked this wonderful house. Thanks for everything!

I spend 13 days in this great Villa with my family, I was visiting my family after 6 years and it was an important and special journey for me, Astrig made this a great experience for me and my family! Host was more like my family and I will miss the hospitality, Only problem can be the distance from villa to City Center but we had no problem at all because they offer ride to city all the time with good price , or you can use Yandex taxi app if you need to go somewhere, it’s only 2000 AMD from villa to Repubic Square, Special thanks to Arman 👌👌
