If you are thinking about renting a room and you are on this page, don't think twice. Kriss' space is simply impeccable. Everything was perfectly clean and organized. Also, the host is an incredible person, with quick and easy communication. The location is very good and quiet. When I return to Ghent, I won't think twice about looking for this space to rent.

Ik heb een heerlijke week doorgebracht in het huis van Kris. De woning zelf is prachtig ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien, wat zorgde voor een aangename en comfortabele sfeer. Kris is een bijzonder gastvrije en hartelijke gastheer; onze gesprekken waren altijd gezellig en verrijkend. Later in de week voegde mijn vriend zich bij me, en ook hij werd warm ontvangen door Camille, die ons beiden in de watten legde. Qua locatie is Suro ideaal gelegen: het centrum is op loopafstand, en het treinstation is eveneens dichtbij. Bovendien zijn er meerdere supermarkten in de nabije omgeving, wat het verblijf extra gemakkelijk maakte. Kortom, mijn ervaring was meer dan positief en ik kan een verblijf hier van harte aanbevelen.

This was by far one of the best places I have ever stayed! luxurious space, tons of storage, wonderful shower, and amenities galore! He provided everything: cotton swabs, tissue, makeup remover, face cleaner, soap, shampoo, and more! Kristiaan welcomed me from the moment I came in. He showed me maps, brochures of sites to visit, and explained how to use public transportation. He provided great breakfast food (even for me who is gluten free!). And the coffee was better than most coffee shops! The best thing was that he had some free time my last two days and showed me around Gent himself! He was a wonderful tour guide! I highly recommend staying here!

The place is lovely, Kristiaan super friendly and attentive to anything, makes the experience unbeatable, makes the coexistence perfect. He has been attentive and concerned from before arriving until after. Very grateful that as soon as I arrived he explained to me with a map the areas of interest and what I should do, as well as super good recommendations. All very clean. It is my best experience in an airbnb

Kris is an excellent host, he maintains fluid communication and is always willing to answer all questions and does everything possible to make the stay in his place very excellent. He also provided me with a bicycle during my stay. The place is clean, spacious, warm and modern. The room is well equipped with a kettle, coffee maker, and tea and coffee sachets. Also shampoo, hair dryer, polish nails remover etc. It is a highly recommended place and I would return. Thank you very much Kris.
