Constantino was always friendly and happy to help, it made much more simple and easier to stay there. The place was beautiful and really close to the beach, we walked everyday to the beach and enjoyed the amazing weather. Terracina is a great place to visit and relax, easy to get by and several really nice towns around to visit.

Mycket var bra med vistelsen. Men lite oklar kommunikation vad som förväntades av oss som gäster och poolen stängdes tidigare för säsongen än vad som kommunicerades vid bokningen.

A parte il fatto che l’appartamento era sprovvisto di aria condizionata-presente solo in camera da letto ( noi abbiamo in parte ovviato con l’acquisto di un ventilatore..ma pomeriggio e sera nn era sufficiente) ….per il resto bello come in foto e Costantino cordiale e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente di mettere un secondo split poiché essendo un ultimo piano sotto solaio la casa è particolarmente calda e provoca disagio per chi dorme in sala nei mesi estivi. Mare vicino a piedi e Terracina a 10 minuti in auto.

The apartment is comfortable for staying with kids (6 and 9 y.o.). Kitchen is fully equipped: pans and frying pans of different shapes and sizes, enough cutlery, cups and glasses; dishwashing machine! Enough towels (also for the beach), bedclothing and pillows. We were provided with laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, toilette paper and soap in the bathroom. We enjoyed watching cartoons with our kids on Amazon TV. Wi-fi was almost perfect: speed is high, it covers the whole apartment except for the balcony. 700 m to get to the beach . There are several private beaches with bars, but also a public one. Costa provided us with a beach umbrella. The nearest food store is Expo (a good one btw) – it's 1 km from the apartment. Costa is the best host I know ! He was always available for us. He greated us with a bottle of Prosecco and treated us with a homemade cake; gave a lot of recommendations. Costa helped us with transfer from/to the airport and Rome. Showed us some good spots there!
