We come here every year to ski and the house is perfect! It’s clean, full of fun games, the bathrooms are modern, and it’s super close to all the fun shops and restaurants downtown. Will be returning next year!

We had a great winter stay at Colleen's place in Petoskey during a snowy weekend. The house was exactly as advertised and fit our family perfectly. The location is excellent for accessing all of downtown Petoskey on foot, and easy to find from the bigger roads around the region. Colleen was very helpful with the snow and making sure we could get in and out okay. We would definitely recommend Colleen's place to families who want to stay in town in Petoskey.

My family and I loved staying at Colleen’s place while we were in Petoskey for wedding preparation! The townhome is very nice, and we felt right at home when we came inside. It was one of our favorite Airbnb stays in the area that we’ve been in. We also had the opportunity to meet Colleen in person and she’s very kind and very welcoming. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you’re able to! Thank you Colleen for the great stay and for the hospitality!!

Colleen was friendly and responsive host. Place was nice, cozy and clean. Went to Boyne Mountain and Highlands snowboarding with kids. Place was nice close central locale for both resorts. Would highly recommend for ski stay but also I am sure very nice in summer/other seasons.

Wonderful accommodations! Short walk to downtown shops and restaurants! Home was clean and cozy! Colleen was very responsive and kind! Check-in and Check-out were seamless! Highly recommend!
