our cozy PRIVATE bedroom in Brooklyn inspired by a sea-infused retreat, designed with nautical decorations that will make you feel like you’re on a seaside escape! Perfect for a morning job or a sunset stroll, you’ll find many great restaurants, bars, and shops nearby, as well as easy access to public transportation that will take you to Manhattan within half-an hour. As you step into the room, you'll be greeted with a twin-size bed, dressed in crisp white linens, and adorned in nautical arts. As you step into the room, you'll be greeted by an off-white calming wall that adds a touch of a coastal feel to the space. The room is furnished with a comfortable twin-size bed, dressed in crisp linens, and adorned with nautical-themed arts. The room also includes a writing desk with a lamp, perfect for catching up on work or writing in your travel journal. the mini fridge is for you to use privately, but we do also offer a bigger fridge in the kitchen that you and other guests are able to store even more. the bathroom is located just outside the bedroom and is stocked with toiletries for your use. this private bedroom is located in the heart of Brooklyn, just a short walk away from many great restaurants, bars, and shops nearby, as well as easy access to public transportation that will take you to Manhattan very easily.

Bruce is very nice. He allows me to store my luggage before the check-in time. And he is very responsive to all my tedious questions. Besides, the room is clean and it is exactly the same as the photos. However, there is something wrong with the pipes at the kitchen during my stay. This made the flat a bit smelly. Otherwise, everything is good.

Bruce was a great host and his place is great for a place to stay when you're exploring the city.

I came into town for a couple of days for work, this room/unit was exactly as described. Bruce's communication was very detailed and prompt. Everything was smooth from Check-in - during the stay - through to checkout. They have (I think) 4 rooms in this unit, and having 1.5 bathrooms is a bonus. The only detractor is the shower leaks water quite badly and spills all over the bathroom floor. There was a towel already on the floor, so likely it's a known issue. Otherwise, it was an easy stay for 2-3 days.

Nice place to stay for a few days. Has everything you need. Subway is only a few minutes away. Internet connection was mostly stable.

Bruce is helpful and the house is clean. 7 minutes on foot to the subway station, a quiet neighborhood and a perfect self check-in option. Comfortable the code to open the personal room, you can go out without thinking about the key. When I come back to New York I'll stay here.
