The wagon and the outdoor area were both superb. Very unique and fun place to stay, super comfortable bed and great to use the aircon on such a hot day. Great that the bathroom is inside the wagon. It was very private and quiet with a beautiful view of the mountain. At around 8:30pm we asked Kevin if he could show us how to use the outdoor bath (as instructed), he told us how frustrating it is when people ask him for help at 9pm. People don't usually have a bath in the early evening, so maybe this shouldn't be offered. He provided us with a basket of sticks and pine cones for a fire which he said would take over an hour to heat the water, the fire went out pretty quickly. We had a nice warm shower inside the wagon instead. Kevin did state that he was tired but when paying good money for our stay, it's not our fault he was tired. We didn't feel overly welcome. So the accommodation itself was great, the service could do with some thought, or maybe more sleep.

Cute wagon with gorgeous views and great amenities. Close to town. Very friendly, helpful staff. Would love to stay again.

Such a fun, quirky place with an amazing view! :-) We had a lovely time staying in the wagon and watching the llamas, can happily recommend.

The carriage is a beautiful themed place to stay, very warm inside with good insolation and the double glazed front doors pointing out to the mountain for a sun rise and having the lamas there in front of us (behind a fence) was an added bonus. Would love to go back 😊👍

We loved our stay here and loved meeting all the animals, especilly chloe and barney! Kevin was very friendly and welcoming, will definitely stay again
