I loved staying in this house for a few days, chilling on the little balcony facing the piazza, very charming. Barbara was very considerate and responsive, thank you!

It’s difficult to say something that had not been mentioned before. Barbara’s house is in the corner of the Piazza in Montebenichi. If you want a quiet peaceful holiday, this is it. Montebenichi is a great location to explore the Chianti region, numerous hill towns, Siena, Arezzo etc. the house itself has everything and more. Barbara has a lovely touch to make the house look fabulous and cosy. Not to forget the private pool 2 mins away from which to marvel the sunset. All in all, highly recommended (did I forget to mention Barbara cooked dinner on the first night!)

Barbara's house was wonderful, in an idyllic location on top of a mountain in a beautiful, quiet square. Barbara is an incredibly kind and helpful host, was flexible around check-in and even provided a number of meals and wine to boot. My dogs adored her and were made to feel just as at home as i was. The house had absolutely everything you need and more, incredibly well equipped and many, many (many!) lovely personal touches. Couldn't recommend more!

Stop searching. You have found the perfect home for your stay regardless of the type of it. Short term, long term, holiday, peaceful workplace, everything. We made the best decision by choosing Barbara’s place in the wonderful little town of Montebenichi on the hill with amazing view. The flat feels like home, it is full of thoughtful details, it’s so incredibly equipped with everything you could think of that you really feel like you are in your own home. Kitchen, bathroom fully equipped, everything is clean, the beds are great, and last but not least Barbara is the host of hosts. Great communication, flexibility, giving you all the tips about the area, a welcome basket with all the things you need after a long travel. She even greeted is with fresh homemade meal. The place is really good for remote working, the internet connection is really fast and reliable. There are plenty of places in the wardrobe for your clothes, there is a washing machine and tools for ironing. The pool is the chillest place, it is private and has a nerve-soothing view with a beautiful landscape of hills and olive gardens. The location is great, it is close to Siena and Arezzo and every place you should visit in Tuscany. It is managable to have a daytrip at the seaside, or a lake, or the spa really close with great termal baths. Barbara tells you everything to really enjoy your stay as a local. Market days, things worth visiting, places to eat at. We cooked a lot because the flat is so nice and cosy that sometimes you don’t even want to leave. Best month of our year so far.

Very charming house in a beautiful and quiet village. The house has all appliances you may need, and all the basics are there as well (washing liquid, bags, spices etc.). The private pool is really just a 2 minute walk away at the owner’s house, offering a stunning view into the Tuscan countryside. The owner is lovely as well, and our highlight was the welcome basket and dinner she had prepared for us upon arrival.
