This beautiful, sun-filled Edwardian flat is steps from Dolores Park, Bart/MUNI, and the Valencia-corridor, which is chock-full of the best restaurants, organic grocers, one-of-a-kind shops and boutiques, and exceptional night-life. We have obtained our permit from the City. STR-000322 The is the bottom flat of a three-unit, family-occupied building. The flat is a corner building, which means it has windows and light in every room! It also has original features, including coffered ceilings, two working fire places, claw-foot bathtub, a separate water closet, and a beautiful deck with a brand-new Weber grill. The house has ten stairs up to the front door, but the flat is all on one level, so it is pretty child-proof. There are stairs out the back door leading to the deck, which is one story up. The deck is contained with fences all around, except for the stair entrance.

Dit is een heerlijk appartement om uit te rusten van mooie dagen in SF. Het ligt in een rustige buurt, maar met leuke tentjes en dichtbij openbaar vervoer om snel overal te kunnen zijn. Het terras is een mooie bonus om met een drankje van het, soms lekkere, weer te genieten.
What a lovely place to stay- Shelagh was very responsive and was always there to help out when needed. It’s has a beautiful interior and has an amazing park on the door step. Would highly recommend this property to anyone that was what’s to explore what San Francisco has to offer but in a peaceful neighbourhood.
This is a truly wonderful apartment. Lots of space, a full kitchen, a lovely backyard, and a perfect location for exploring the city. Shelagh is an ideal host (we appreciated the fresh bread, milk, and eggs!). We hope to stay here again next time.
Shelagh was a great host & her place was beautiful. Dolores park is situated in a charming neighborhood with lots of bars & restaurants. Would definitely travel back in a heart beat.
Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern (15, 14, 10) dort. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten von Shelaghs Wohnung aus sehr gut SF erkunden. Die Gegend „Mission“ und der Park gleich nebenan sind toll. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und es hat Spaß gemacht dort zu kochen.

We have lived in this neighborhood for over twenty years, and while it has always been a lively neighborhood, it has recently become destination #1 for people wanting to have an iconic San Francisco experience. The neighborhood is full of organic artisanal food, one-of-a-kind shops, including cool second-hand and urban-chic designers stores, and great musical venues—all within a five-block area!
Dolores Park is a half a block away, and this flat is very close to Bart and MUNI. It is around the corner the Valencia corridor, featuring some of the best shops and restaurants the City has to offer. It is near the oldest building in the City, the Misión San Francisco de Asís. It is also very close to the historic Castro district. Plenty to see and do without a car!
This flat is a five-minute walk to the J Church and a ten-minute walk to Bart. You can take Bart, a shuttle, or Uber/taxi from the airport. We do not offer parking, but sometimes have guest parking permits for the day. Please let us know if you plan on having a car.

Hobbies and interests include soccer, bike riding, hiking, yoga, reading, cooking for friends, and watching movies.
