The Good: The apartment is pretty much like the photos. We loved because its just what we were expecting. The localization is very good, you have a metro line very near and everything you need around, especially in Rue Cadet nearby, there are lots of restaurants and a delicious bakery. The host left a folder with some tips to get around easily and that was very helpful. They also let us a letter of welcome and a bottle of wine. We thought it was very nice of them to do this. We loved Paris, the city, the localization and the apartment. We took great care of it and would definitely go back. The Bad: The host was out of town on vacation, and they hired a company to handle us. Although we left the flight number, time, and everything, the company could not wait to check us in and left the key in a restaurant in front of the apartment and sent a message on how to get in and everything. We did not like that very much, but we understand that's part of the business and that the host didn't mean to be that way. The other not so good thing that happened was that we used the washing machine just like we supposed to, and it broke with our clothes inside. I informed the host and the company right away asking for help. Fortunately, I managed to open it and get my clothes back. But the day after we left we got a message asking for 660 euros to buy a new one. Although I have informed them that we had this problem 4 days before leaving and asked for help and assistance, but nobody helped at all. We are very polite and educated people, and we like to be treated like so. It would be great if somebody could call us, help us to solve the problem, but nobody did and I didn't like the message asking 660 euros to buy a new one. It´s just like you turn on the TV, the TV breaks, and then they ask you to buy a new one. I think that when YOU break something because of BAD USE, it's your responsibility to replace it. And when not, then that could happen to anyone, so let's fix it together and solve the best way we can. Anyway, Airbnb solved the issue without further problems and that was very good and we love Airbnb for that. All in all, was a good experience and we thank the Host for everything. I just think they could choose a better company to handle things next time. We really did not like the way we were treated by this Luckey company.

The location is not that great. Not a lot of restaurants or cafes that are close by. The Japanese resaurant across the road was a total rip off and the food was bland and the sake gave me a headache! No music could be had in the apartment and there was no bathtub. Small kitchen. Super small elevator and super creaky and uneven flooring with huge gaps between the wood planks! Kind of boring when you can’t even listen to music!

I can't recommend enough Elsa and Adrien's place! It was perfect for our family of 4. Elsa and Adrien are really thoughtful, the apartment is well equipped and extremely well located to visit Paris.
