Där finns bland annat Ikea. /Rikard This house is placed in the end of a hill, free from wind exposure and well hidden from the highway. The village is called Saltkällan and are located in the heart if Bohuslän (the west coast of Sweden). The house is well planned and gives you a feeling that it is bigger than its 84m2. The house plans are soutwest, a sunny day you have sunlight at the terrasse from 10:00 in the morning to 22:00 in the evening. NEW from 2021 is our beautiful entrance with a lot of windows, today also used as an lounge area. The livingroom consist of a dining place, a small bar, fireplace and a sofa/tv-area. Besides the livingroom, we also have two bedrooms, one toilette and a fully equipted kitchen. We also have a basement where the shower is located. The heart of the house is the big terrasse, which you easily access from the livingroom through its glass door. The view is amazing and you can choose between relaxing in the lounge area, socialize at the dining place or cook food in the bbq area. In just a few minutes by foot you are down at the ocean, where you can enjoy a walk in the sunset, take a swim or fish for seatrouts and makrills. Saltkällan is the place to visit if you want to relax and spend time with family and friends in a beautiful environment. It is so peacefull here. However, If you are longing for nightlife and restaurants you can always take the car approximately for 30min and visit the costal town Lysekil, Grundsund, Orust, Fjällbacka, Kungshamn/Smögen and Hunnebostrand.
