All of the reviews speak for themselves - Bruce sets expectations high, and his place exceeds them. Comfortable beds, smart TVs in every room, fast internet. Great location with lots to do and see nearby. We traveled to NY from Arkansas, stayed for 8 days at the Air B&B in Brooklyn, and used it as our base of operations to tour the city. The 86th street and 77th street subway stops were nearby and convenient, and we were able to get all over the place via public transit. Mancini's pizza was only one block away (the pizza there is great), and the pastry shop on the corner of 5th Ave and 76th became an every morning thing for us. We will be back, and I will not hesitate to book this place again, if it's open. Clean, neat, and comfortable. Thanks again Bruce!

Bruce was a brilliant host! He was helpful and gave us everything what we needed there during our stay. The flat is lovely! It's perfect for 5-6 people. The surroundings are amazing, you can find everything what you need, shops, restaurants etc. The station is around 10mins walk and you can go to Manhattan easily.

Highly recommend the acommodation, Bruce is a great host that puts thought to the little details. The location is great for walking to the subway to go downtown; the house is very clean; Bruce provided clean towels, plenty of water, coffee and sanitary products for our stay with 6 people during the week. Communication and instructions are as clear as can be. To note a minor downside we didn’t mind, but others might: the rooms have a heater system installed in the windows which lets in quite a bit of sound.

Bruce nous a parfaitement guidés pour l’arrivée à la maison, ainsi que les activités dans Brooklyn. Le logement est parfaitement situé, près des grands axes, stations de métro à proximité, possibilité de faire du shopping aux alentours, bref, une découverte incroyable de Brooklyn, tout en restant proche de Manhattan. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les attentions de Bruce dans le logement, et tout le long de notre séjour. Une adresse à conserver, à coup sûr! Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute! Petit détail, mais non des moindres : chaque fin de journée, après multiples pérégrinations, les enfants disaient « on rentre à la maison! ». Pour dire à quel point cet endroit est chaleureux! Encore merci pour tout, Bruce!
