Armens place looks exactly like the photos. It was very nice and clean. He was very friendly upon arrival and had some drinks for us which was very appreciated because we had small children with us. However, it was uncomfortably hot. There is no AC. There is a small unit that does not work properly because there is no where for the water accumulation to release. There were 3 fans. One of which is totally useless. The place is nice but the beds are very uncomfortable and the pillows are very cheap as they were completely flat. The location is terrible for the cost of the accommodations. We used the metro as much as possible but sometimes we had to Uber which cost us around $100 per day because it’s a good 30-45 mins away from everything. We had an issue with the washer and we told Armen about it. He was supposed to come check it out but he never came and we never heard anything else about it. So we used the local laundromat. We also never got check out instructions. It was odd.

We enjoyed our stay. Only 11 minute walk to the rail station. Relatively easy to get into Paris. However, you will prefer to Uber back if you stay out too late. Example about 30 to 40 minute trek to Louvre or Arc de Triumph, but if you come back after 9pm or 10 pm you will find less options back so it might take 1 hour to get back. We chose to Uber back which is about 40 to 50 Euros.
