The property is exactly as it looked in the photos, which was a relief. It was well maintained and very clean. We loved hanging by the pool and looking at the view from different areas of the property. You are close enough to Poggibonsi (about 7 mins) to go grocery shopping and we took advantage of the villa to have dinners at home after days of sightseeing. We were met by the property owners and shown through the property. They do not speak English and I do not speak Italian, but we made it work with Translate app. They were very helpful and responsive. A couple of things I would note for information purposes: 1/ You can only check in from 5pm onwards - something to be aware of so that you can plan your arrival day. 2/ There were some mosquitoes when we were there (early October), perhaps bring spray. 3/ You need to bring a cash deposit for the owners, which you get back on departure.

Amazing villa, extremely clean. in the middle of lots of nice places around Toscana, by car. The host is nice and proactive. Recommended

We had an absolutely beautiful stay and would love to come back. The house was big enough to have your own privacy, own bathrooms etc and had big spaces to come together for meals. We really appreciate the hosts helping set up the pizza oven for us and felt they were incredibly hospitable!

A fantastic summer break in the Tuscany wine lands. 2 houses on the property with a beautiful pool with stunning views. Perfect for the extended family holiday. Susi and hosts were very responsive and friendly. We loved our family holiday, and hope to return again soon.

This was a gorgeous setting for a relaxing week with our large family. We felt so welcome by the owner, and the attention to detail given the Tuscan interiors of the two buildings was remarkable. The gardens were lush, well tended and colorful. We cooked a lot, and found all we needed to do that for dinners on the terraces. The pool was clean, the outdoor furniture perfect, and the walkways between the houses direct, yet allowing for privacy. I will book this place again for my family. One thing I’d recommend is that you have your own transportation and that you book tours, wine tastings and restaurant reservations we’ll ahead of your stay.
