Everything was perfect. They had everything we might need, and then some. We enjoyed watching the birds and rabbits while relaxing on the porch. There is plenty of beautiful waterways and parks in the area with great fishing! We really enjoyed our time.

We really felt like we found a hidden gem! Chris and Stacy have truly thought of everything to make it feel like a home away from home. It's cute and rustic with all the creature comforts. The coffee bar and ice maker were a wonderful surprise and my kids loved learning to play Cornhole and card games in the evenings. The fireplace was incredibly appreciated for some unexpected cold nights and it was the perfect size getaway for our family of four. They were very responsive to any questions we had and proactive about anticipating things we might need to know (like a grocery shortage due to the influx of eclipse visitors). It's our first vacation in three years and it was so nice to relax somewhere clean and private! I also appreciated the cleaning supplies left for any messes (because kids like to spill things😅). Overall, just a great experience with lots of memories made!

2nd time staying here. Chris is very responsive to any questions. Cottage is very comfortable & suited our needs well. Definitely recommend staying here. We would not hesitate to rent again.

The cottage is very well appointed & very comfortable. Nice large yard for walking dog. We needed a place to stay short term while building a house. Veryconvenient. Highly recommend.

The cabin was great for us. We were visiting family nearby and it served that purpose perfectly. It’s close to the lake and very quiet. We will definitely stay there next time we visit.
