We had a great time at Koh Tao Heights, including with a free upgrade to a slightly bigger room! The location is good, but you probably want to rent a bike to get to town (thankfully, our hosts loaned us one which was fantastic and a competitive price). The air-conditioning was great and a lovely view. Our hosts provided free water and a list of places to visit on Koh Tao which were greatly appreciated. The bed was also made and place tidied each day, just like a normal hotel!

The Apartments are great, the view is absolutely beautiful and it's convienently located close to sairee beach. You can rent scooters from them for a reasonable price and you probably want to since the path to the apartments is very steep. Cleaning was done properly and I could contact them about anything and they helped immediately. You get 1L water for free and they have large 1.5L bottles in the room for 30 Baht which is very reasonable. All in all very pleasant stay I'll probably come back if I have the chance

We felt very welcomed by the team from the very beginning. The communication went extremely smoothly at any time and the apartment itself was very clean. The stunning sea view and private atmosphere was appreciated by us the most and we would totally recommend the apartment. For more flexibility regarding reaching Sairee Beach e.g., we would recommend renting a motorbike or getting a taxi. We had a great stay and enjoyed it very much.

Room was great but on two separate occasions money was taken from inside my bags while the room was locked. Be careful with your valuables here.
