Welcome to our charming character home built in 1912. Our home is located on a quiet, but centrally located street close to downtown. Your private suite is located in a newer addition of the home. Your suite is located in a newer addition of the home on the ground floor. It is completely private with its own keyless front entrance, full bathroom and private outdoor patio space. There is one door, with a lock, that separates the suite from the rest of the house. You’ll have a mini fridge to chill refreshments and/or some groceries. There is a kettle, coffee maker, sugar and selection of teas available in the suite. We take pride in our home and strive to keep our living space and garden space clean and tidy. We wash the linens, towels and entire space between each guest to ensure everything is clean and smelling fresh. Our house has central air conditioning for the hot summer months. There is NO television, but Wifi is available. We love our city and everything it has to offer, so we want your stay to be as memorable and comfortable as possible!

Caitie and Curtis were very friendly and responsive. They offered a family-friendly, very secured and peaceful environment for couples. I would like to stay again at their place and recommend their home to start your journey in the south of Okanagan Valley.

I really enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb. It was clean, tidy, and easy to access. I had everything I needed for a weekend trip. I was able to walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants downtown Penticton during the day (only 10-15min walk) however, since I was on my own, I was more comfortable taking a taxi home at night.
Everything was perfect. A small microwave would be nice as there is a fridge but no way to warm anything up but don't let that stop you. you can't get a better location. Highly recommend!

We are happy to offer any recommendations for restaurants or local activities/sights. We are both avid rock climbers and can provide extensive knowledge on the city's local climbing area in the Skaha Bluffs, Provincial Park.
In the winter months, our place is a 45 min drive to Apex mountain resort and Nickelplate nordic centre.
Our home is located 5 minutes walk from downtown’s boutique shops, coffee houses, restaurants and the seasonal farmer’s market (April-Nov). We are also about a 10 minute walk from Okanagan beach.

Hi, we're Caitie and Curtis. We are thrilled to call Penticton our home for the past 10 years. When we're not working at the hospital as Registered Nurses, we are chasing our 2 young children around and trying to find time to get out mountain biking, gardening or rock climbing. We've enjoyed our experiences with Airbnb, both as hosts and as guests. We can appreciate how it feels to stay in clean, comfortable and safe accommodation.
