Great accomodation! The heated swimming pool and outdoor kitchen are great and the view is spectaculair. Ivan responded quickly when we had questions before and during our stay. Ivan also had a great recommendation for renting a private boat for a day. Overall we had a great time with a group of nine. I would definitelly recommend this place.

Ivan’s Villa is absolutely beautiful. Light and airy, located at the top of a steep hill with a great view over the coast and Split. The pool was a lifesaver as it was very hot while we were there. There is loads of space, with a range of different balconies and terraces at which to enjoy eating and relaxing. It is also astounded by a locked garden which was full of bees and butterflies. It was extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We particularly enjoyed the little ice maker which provided ice cubes for our gin and tonics! Will definitely return - hopefully soon!

Ivan was a fantastic host with constant communication and always there to help. Went with a group of 9 and the Villa Location is perfect. The house has enough room to sleep all and is only 20 mins away from the center of split. The shop is 5 mins away via uber so ideal to get food and drink but if you have a car even better. The views are fantatsic as good as the pictures make out! Couldn't recommend this place anymore. Thank you Ivan!

We had an outstanding week in Ivan's place in Split. His house offers everything you need in order to have an outstanding vacation. Also he is a great host who always has the answers to all your questions. We will defiantly come back! Fully recommend
