One word: wonderfully perfect. Ok, yes. Technically two words. But everything about this experience was both wonderful and perfect. From our initial inquiry to Seth about availability to book to asking for local recommendations (he’s got great ones!)—all along the way Seth was responsive, friendly, and helpful. It’s rare to experience something that is as much or MORE than advertised, and Seth and his home both lived up to that. Everything about our stay was simply perfect. A lovely getaway in a lovely home with a lovely host.

Seth’s home is absolutely amazing! We had a great time. Seth was very attentive to our questions and responded within minutes. I am definitely looking forward to staying there again in the near future.

This house was gorgeous, fun, and had everything we needed to make the weekend amazing. The beach was a short walk away. Cute shops and coffee was a short 5 min drive. Seth was very responsive and helped make our stay even better.

Curt has a wonderful house and we enjoyed our stay. Location was good too. However, we ( a group of friends) were beyond disappointed at the cleanliness of the house. Every bed had dozens of hair strands which was gross. to add to that, towels and floor mats in the bathrooms were stained with long strands of hair floating around. Kitchen dishes and utensils were not only dusty but appeared to have not been cleaned well previously. Curt was prompt when I reached out but did NOTHING to fix the problem. No cleaner, no compensation-- which was the most disappointing part. If he can get the house to be clean enough to deserve $1,000 a night in off-season, its a house worth staying at.
