The place was lovely and had everything we needed as a couple plus dog. James shared lots of recommendations on where to eat and visit. Their place is a short walk to a beautiful beach - perfect for surfing or dog walks.

We had a great stay, perfectly located for exploring the wider area, and the amenities within the property were great. James & Jody were friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome. The property is indeed small (and cozy) - but with its location, you probably wouldn't want to be spending much time in the property anyway. We did have a few hours most nights in, which was comfortable. As others have said (and as the listing says), the sleeping area is small: I'm 5'9 and it was comfortable for me, I slept well, but if you're much taller I could imagine it being a squeeze! The roof in the sleeping area is slanted, so your toes may touch the ceiling. Still comfortable, though, and was something we were aware of going in. Ditto for the lack of signal and wifi - but it was nice to be able to get away from all that for a while! Overall we loved the place, the location, and found it to be a comfortable space.
