Finding the location was a little tricky as it was a small track between 2 other properties but once found it was fine. The bungalow was lovely, well laid out, private and spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped, especially the kitchen. Everything was absolutely spot on - the nearly 4 year old twins loved the garden as did the small collie dog. Getting to the beach was an easy 5 minute stroll and we found lots of places to visit. Rye is a lovely town. There was an abundance of towels, plenty of loo rolls and quality bedding and furnishings. It was spacious for 4 adults, 2 little ones and a dog. There was lots of information left, instructions for all equipment and devices and helpful tips. We would definitely recommend to others and the beach at Camber is absolutely stunning.

This was our second stay here. Great location for the beach and perfect space for kids/families. Hosts very quick to respond to all requests. We will be back.

From booking the house Matt and Jessica were really helpful and in contact to make sure everything went well with the stay. The house is beautiful and in a perfect location for the beach! It really was a home from home, it had everything we needed and a perfect size for 2 families. We loved the house and Camber Sands. We had a lovely welcome gift left by Matt and Jessica. They were flexible with check in. We had a flat tyre on the day of check out at they were so understanding and flexible which really helped us when we were in a stressful situation. Couldn’t thank them more. A gem of a house and fabulous hosts!

The perfect home and location for three couples, 2 dogs and a 2 year old. Beach was a 2 minute walk and the garden was beautiful for sitting out in the sunshine. The house was also stocked with all you needed on arrival along with chocolates and beers which was a very nice touch. Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back.

Jessica and Matt were the perfect hosts making us feel so welcome from the very first communication. The house was perfectly set up for our multi-generational family coming together to celebrate my Dad's birthday. The layout gave everyone a good size bedroom and their own space when they wanted it. The comfortable garden furniture and main lounge were the perfect respite after long walks on the beach. It was all just great and we're already thinking of a return trip!
