We booked last minute and were checked in 24 hours later. Great place in nice, safe neighborhood.

Overall a great choice for a visit to Winter Park. Several of the photos shown did not match the unit we were in but the layout was similar. The furnishings were modest, most importantly the beds were clean and comfortable. Very accommodating and provided a play pen for the baby in the family. The floors were a bit worn in the front bedroom - and the dresser drawers were a bit sticky but the boho look was welcoming. As many other reviews indicated noise is a big factor on streets with cobblestones and Rollins College maintenance vehicles started around 6am but the host provided white noise machines worked wonders! Perfect location close to the lakes and Park Ave.

Andrea was so responsive and got us into the condo within 1/2hr of booking, due to an issue we had at a previously booked rental. The condo is so comfy and cozy with all the amenities you’d need. Bigger bedrooms with nice bathrooms and closet storage. It’s the perfect location for anyone visiting Rollins College and very walkable to Park Ave. The condo matched the beautiful surrounding area. We will definitely book again!

Perfect getaway during Christmas week that allowed us to be close to family. Close to Park Avenue which let us walk to some excellent restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. The unit was perfect. Good natural light, two nicely sized bedrooms, two full bathrooms, washer/dryer- really everything you need for a getaway. We hope to be back soon!
