We were very happy with our 3 night stay on Pekona. We were gifted a humpback whale sighting on our first morning. The sunsets were beautiful. The accomodation is comfortable and Chris, our host, was responsive and kind.

Staying on the Pekona is a dream. Gorgeous sunsets, gentle waves, orcas swimming by... we definitely loved our time, and would love to stay again! Chris is so helpful, communicative, and considerate. He made us feel very welcome, and the day of sailing was wonderful - you can tell he enjoys sharing his boat and the natural beauty of the gulf islands and Salish Sea. I also loved that I could tie up my paddleboard on the boat - it made our sailing day even more fun, when I could explore a bit when we moored in a quiet bay midday for lunch. 100% I would recommend this unique airbnb experience. Staying on Chris’s sailboat Airbnb was a very unique and novel experience. It was interesting to watch the BC Ferries coming and going, and they didn’t seem that noisy at all. The sunsets and the distant view was very spectacular every night. Chris really went above and beyond to help us in anyway that he could. He was very kind, friendly and thoughtful. We thoroughly enjoyed our sailing day, and Chris shared so much interesting information about the history of the various islands. Thanks again again for such a lovely stay. Alexandra and Sheryn.

Our stay on the Pekona was a wonderful, uniquely memorable experience. My family and I loved the novelty of staying on a boat, and the surroundings can't be beat. Chris was super helpful and a lovely host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and our 7-hour cruise around the "neighbourhood" (including a whale sighting!). Thanks Chris!
