Paul’s place is located in a quiet neighborhood and easy access to anywhere you need to go. He provided small breakfast, snacks and drinks which we really appreciate. Loved the retro decor and the mid century vibe. We will definitely stay at Paul’s place when we come back to Washington again.

Paul was a very gracious and responsive host. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was very easy to find and in a safe neighborhood. I really enjoyed using Alexa! We would definitely stay here again.

Very quiet relaxing place with the best set up for chilling to watch movies. I loved all the awesome vintage film equipment in the house and the lighting was so much fun. Great stay all around. Paul left snacks and breakfast things for us in the morning, coffee, tea, oatmeal etc. Also, let us check in a little early which was so nice after a long trek from the Midwest. Such a sweet little spot for my husband and I to catch some R&R. Even though it's located on the bottom floor, you barely hear anyone above. Quiet and easy to get to! Will return for the quiet.

We had an excellent stay at Paul's place. Everything was just as described and the "extras" like snacks and bedside phone chargers were fantastic! It would take a couple of weeks to see all of the cool memorabilia and antiques here and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. 10/10 would stay again!

The mesh of old tech through the appliances, old cameras, and old fire extinguishers and the new tech of Alexa basically running all of the lights in the house was pretty cool
