Chang和他的家人非常热情友好，都可以说英文！ 我到达他们家的时候已经凌晨一点多了，Chang依然非常热情的接待了我！ 他们一家都非常乐于交流，尤其是Chang，他非常健谈和幽默，如果你想跟当地人交流，了解当地的文化和风俗，Chang绝对是个不错的选择！ Chang的太太超级NICE的，我想找沙龙做美甲，她主动帮我跟朋友打听，最终帮我选了一家当地的连锁店，还帮我做了预约，甚至开车载我去，因为沙龙没有说英文的店员，她帮我沟通款式和价格，真是NICE到我不好意思！ 总之，非常棒的民宿体验！

Hello! I stayed with the Chang Family for 2.5 months and would like to share what I loved about staying with them and also important things to consider before booking. What I loved... 1. Positive Family Vibes: The family is very welcoming 2. Privacy in upstairs rooms: If you stay on the 2nd floor you have a lot of privacy with a shared bathroom with another guest. I loved this 3. Nearby hiking - only a 2 minute walk away! 4. Filtered water in the kitchen - no need to load up on bottled water! 5. Beautiful spacious house with a garden 6. Convenient Laundry What to consider before booking 1. Location: Bucheon is quite far from Seoul! It takes an hour++ to get to main site seeing locations. Trains stop running at 12am, so staying here means you can't do night life unless you stay out to 5:30am. 2. You may have to change your room. They are really busy with many guests and you might be asked to accommodate this. This made me feel uncomfortable at times. I felt pressured to change rooms when I really preferred not to. 3. There are many foreign guests staying at the same time 4. There are no grocery stores nearby, only convenience stores. Challenging for people like me who like to cook! Sometimes I didn't have food to eat on days I wanted to stay home and it was rough. There are restaurants for group dining, but for solo travelers like me there are not many places to eat. However the Chang family often invited me to eat with them- I really appreciated this. Overall I would recommend this homestay if you enjoy being with a family, have no preference for room size and do not mind commuting a long distance to Seoul! If you stay, don't hesitate to ask for things you need like adaptors, space to store groceries extra blankets etc. They are very accommodating about this.

I just got back yesterday! and I had so much fun! I became frieds with the other tenants and heard their stories of why they were in korea. I also made friends with the daughters. They are all very kind and understanding and they will help you in anyway possible. They will help you with directions and help you with booking. This place feels like you are part of the family; it's very cozy and you get to meet other people too!I didn't stay that long but I will definitely come back again c:
