Ton and Pieter were fantastic hosts, who helpfully pointed out local spots (even walking us to lunch the first day so we wouldn’t get lost!). They were beyond kind, welcoming and made us feel right at home. Their home is so spectacularly located- central enough to walk to all our fave restaurants and bars, but less than a block from the canal and less than ten minutes walk to several key bus lines to/from Utrecht centraal. Staying with them convinced us we wanted to move to Utrecht and not Amsterdam! We look forward to seeing them again. This was the experience Airbnb was originally intended for and it was absolutely perfect. Thank you Ton and Pieter!!

Amazing hosts, great location. In a time when we needed help and guidance getting moving into the country, we needed a little additional help finding our bearings and understanding how to cope with all of the changes. Peter and Tons were there to make sure we were at ease. The location was really nice as overall the neighborhood is quite, but close the canal trails, store, city centre, etc. Such a memorable time.

We had a fantastic experience staying for a month! Perfect location - quiet, but very close to everything in Utrecht. Especially great for families since the train museum is next door. Peter was always quick to respond and help, but overall, everything worked great. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

You have the chance to stay at a beautiful place. with just a wonderful hosts. They respond quickly if you need anything, made a guide for everything you could possibly need/want during your stay and trust you completely with their precious home. It is the kind of place where you almost want to write a bad review so that you have a better chance of booking it again. Highly recommended.
