This wasn't my first stay and won't be my last! Deborah's home is in the perfect location to get to the ocean (a priority for me), but also shopping and easy access to the LIE. This trip I brought my daughter and 7 month old pup. The huge fenced yard was just perfect for Stella to run around, plus there is a fire pit, grill and comfortable seating. The home is beautiful and comfortable, I was able to bake a cake and make a dinner for 8! The home is quite large and there is space for everyone! I absolutely love this home away from home when traveling to NY. Thank you Deborah for opening your wonderful home to us!

This is a super AirBnb with a Superhost. Five Stars is not enough. The house is in an established, quiet residential neighborhood with VERY tall trees in front and a gigantic back yard with a grill and hammock in the back. It struck me as an ideal place for a couple or family with kids/dog(s) who wants easy driving access to the beach - Sm*th Po*int B*ach and T*ki J*e's beach shack is just 8 miles away. I'm not sure but in season you may need to pay for a parking pass so look into it. I was there by myself after biking 100 miles from the Br**klyn Br*dge to T*ki in the Bike to the Beach for Autism charity ride, so I just crashed overnight and went home the next day, but wish I'd had more time. This house is really Deborah's home and with a fully loaded kitchen and lots of snacks and breakfast items. I find that Airbnb is starting to be dominated by just-OK management companies, but Deborah's place is old school Airbnb - like a friend said, "Hey, I'm heading out of town for a few days, do you want to use my place?" Deborah is a Superhost, communicates quickly and clearly. I hesitate to write this next part because I don't want you to assume that Deborah will do everything for you that she did for me: she drove over to T*ki's to collect me and my bike at the end of the 100 mile ride, and then drove me to the train the next morning. Please don't ask her to drive you around, but the point is she extends herself WAY beyond what a guest could ask for - five stars and superhost don't begin to capture her and her house. She even donated part of my rental to the Austism charity!! I'm only sorry that I had to get back home and couldn't relax in her homey home. The stay gets a 16+ out of 15 (highest score I've ever given). Deborah gets a 6 out of a possible 5 as host. Also 5/5 for the house, quiet neighborhood, kitchen/food and yard. And 5/5 for location (beach proximity). One thing that you may think is a bug but I thought was a feature: this place is a bit west of the H@mptons physically & especially spiritually - if you're looking for Porsches and Cucumber Collinses, then keep heading east - this place is for grilling, cooling off after the beach, letting the kids or dog(s) go crazy in the yard, and lying in the hammock. All in all one of my very best Airbnb experiences ever, and Deborah may have been the kindest among the many kind hosts I've been lucky to stay with. A live-like-a-local Airbnb experience. So yes, I will ask to come back.

Such a wonderful peaceful quaint weekend away from the city. My dog loved playing in the yard! This area has such great access to so much within 10-20mins. I found nice restaurants, night life, and enjoyed the beach and proximity to fire island ferry’s just a little drive away. The snacks and basic food items provided made for such a relaxing trip. I loved sitting outside in the mornings with breakfast 🍳!
